Definitions

For Workduo Account Holders
Account Creation. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you connect to the Platform using Sign in with Google, we collect the following information associated with your Google account: your name, email address, and profile picture.
User Content. When you utilize our Services, we collect Personal Data that may be included in the prompt, files uploaded by you, or feedback that you provide to our Services (“Content”).
Purchases. If you decide to use the paid version of our Services, you are required to provide your payment information. Any payments made via our Services are processed by third-party payment processors. Although we do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, we may receive information associated with your payment card details (e.g., your billing information).

For Website Visitors
When you contact us via the Website, for example to request a demo of our Services, subscribe to our newsletter, or for any other reason, we will receive and process any Personal Data that you provide to us, such as your name, phone number, and email address. In addition, we will collect any Personal Data that you provide to us while communicating with us, for example via our messaging platform.

It's important to note that there may be instances where we keep your information on file, without actively using it, save for when it's necessary and only for the duration required for legal matters and proceedings. We will indefinitely retain information that has been aggregated and is non-identifiable. Furthermore, once there is no longer a need to process your information, we will make efforts to either delete or anonymize Personal Data that could potentially identify you, to the extent that is reasonable.

All data and other pertinent information are securely stored in our encrypted database on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We utilize advanced encryption methods, including TLS for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest, ensuring robust data security.

Data Privacy in Partnership with OpenAI

In working together with OpenAI, we commit to high levels of data privacy and safeguarding measures. Only essential, specific data is securely sent to the OpenAI API, ensuring it is neither utilized for subsequent model improvement nor kept on OpenAI's infrastructure. Google API Usage Disclosure

Workduo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may connect third party integrations to your Workduo account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to your Workduo account. It is your responsibility to review any third party integrations you authorize. We may collect information about what types of integrations you use in your Workduo account.

Any permission(s) granted by you, grants these third parties access to your data, which may include (but is not limited to) granting third party applications access to view, store, and modify your Workduo account data.  We are not responsible for the practices of third party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to third party applications.

Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Changes to this Data, Security and Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
